Drive-by shooting injures teen

PASCO, Wash. -- Police in Pasco responded to the scene of a double shooting on the 800 block of North Cedar.

It happened just before 10:00pm Wednesday. Authorities say a young woman and a young child were both shot at in a drive-by.

Police say the 17-year-old was grazed in the head by a bullet, while a 10-year-old girl had minor cuts from broken glass on her arm.

Authorities say five male suspects drove up in a car and fired multiple shots into the victim's vehicle. We're also told, as the shooters sped away, they crashed their car, and then ran away on foot.

Investigators have much of Pasco blocked of as they search for the suspects. Both victims were taken to the hospital.
