Davis track team carries on in spite of destructive fire
YAKIMA, Wash. -- A destructive fire won't stop the Davis High School track team. Athletes will keep practicing even though most of their equipment was destroyed.

About $40,000 worth of equipment burned when a shed at Kumler Field caught fire.

Firefighters blame it on a light bulb. Insurance is expected to cover the damage.

The coach says some students will now practice at Eisenhower High School.

Kumler Field will still be used for the rest.
