Curfew hits Prosser's parks
PROSSER, Wash. -- Action News learned Prosser is cracking down on taggers by closing parks overnight.

People are now banned from being in parks from 11 pm to 5 am.

Anyone caught disobeying the law will be slapped with a $250
fine.

It comes as Prosser has seen a spike of vandalism at local parks.

Only police and city employees are allowed in Prosser's parks overnight.

The new law took effect last month.
