She's got the hottest ticket of the year, and she can't even go to the big event.

A Yakima woman won tickets to the Michael Jackson memorial in L.A. Janelle Larios registered for the memorial and Monday she opened her e-mail to find out she'd won a golden ticket. Nearly two-million people registered for about ten-thousand seats. "I was speechless," Larios said with a big smile, "I was totally shocked and amazed that I actually could win one of these tickets. Being a fan as long as I can remember, I love Michael Jackson to this day."

But she won't be there in person. She couldn't get to the Staples Center later that night to pick up her wristband. Plane tickets were more than a thousand dollars on the short notice. Instead, she plans to frame the tickets on her wall and watch the memorial on TV.
