A brand new 35 acre soccer field, right by the K-mart in Yakima, that will have thirteen full sized fields to work with.

It also won't cost the tax payers a penny. The Yakima Youth Soccer Field Development is only using private grants and personal donations from the community and they hope their plans works out.

The projected cost is 3 million dollars and so far, they have raised 5% of that amount. The organization plans to start laying the grass this spring.
