MABTON -- It spooked Halloween away from the City of Mabton this year. Videos surfaced about a month ago, hinting of violence on Halloween night. Police say these videos literally canceled Halloween and all related activities in Mabton this year. Police arrested an 18-year old who claims he didn't mean any harm by the videos. The case is still under investigation.
