Olive Garden Worker Stabbed
By Audrey Asistio
YAKIMA -- An Olive Garden worker was stabbed outside the restaurant this morning. Yakima police say the employee was cleaning when a man walked up and asked for a cigarette. When she said she didn't have any, he pulled a knife.
Yakima Police Captain Greg Copeland tells Action News, “The lady ended up with two cuts to the top of her right forearm, one cut to the top of her left forearm and a cut horizontally at the top of her chest. None of which were deep because it was a box cutter type of a thing, but she still had to go to the hospital.” Police are still looking for the man. They say he might be homeless. The woman is expected to be just fine. |
