Yakima -- It's the eyesore neighbors on Naches Avenue couldn't stop complaining about.

Squatters and gang bangers had taken it over spreading graffiti and trash.

But that's all gone now, Wilson Real Estate bought the place and just finished re-doing it.

They put new lights in, new paint on the walls and new carpet on the floors.

Roger Wilson, Wilson Real Estate says, "Yeah this side is already rented this one right here that we're standing in and I've got probably a potential one for somebody upstairs so it should all be rented by the end of the month I would think."

Roger Wilson says he's spent about $7, 000 cleaning up the place.

He's still working on the landscaping.
