Yakima -- Jim Wade says, "We're really excited about downtown right now and the growth of the downtown area, we believe that pretty soon it's gonna be hard to get in downtown."

This is the inside of Belu a new beauty salon.

They're moving into the old Yakima Cellars on Second Street and plan on opening October 1st.

So far they've spent more than $60,000 on renovations.
