YAKIMA -- Elodio Rizo was arraigned Wednesday for shoplifting, then shooting at security guards.

Cops say back in November, Rizo and Julia Pina tried to shoplift perfume from Sears in Union Gap. When guards stopped him, Rizo allegedly shot at them. Luckily no one was hit.
