2 arrested for warrants, drug possession
KITTITAS COUNTY NEWS RELEASE -- On 07/25/2012 at about 10 PM, the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and the Cle Elum PD responded to a call of suspicious persons at the Timber Lodge Inn, in Cle Elum. When the deputies and officers arrived they recognized two brothers whom both had warrants for their arrest. 27 year old Bryan Wunder of Sammamish was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant out of Wenatchee PD and 27 year old Jeffrey Wunder of Renton was arrested on a Department of Corrections Felony Warrant. While taking the subjects into custody Deputies noticed the odor of Marijuana coming from the room where one of the brothers had exited.

Deputies applied for a search warrant for the room. Kittitas County’s K-9 “Bear” was deployed and during the search of the room, numerous narcotics and drug paraphernalia were located. The two occupants of the room, 30 year old Adrian Bradford of Fall City and 19 year old Leslie Montoya of Bothell, were arrested. Based on the evidence secured from the room Bradford was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Heroin with intent to deliver, Possession of Prescription Medications with Intent to deliver, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Montoya was charged with Possession of Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia. Deputies also seized over $3,300.00 dollars, believed to be associated with the sale of narcotics.
