YAKIMA -- A suspected high-profile car thief was caught in the act again, according to court documents filed Monday.

Brandon Rockett faces one charge of auto theft. He was in court Monday for his first court appearance on his latest charge.

Yakima police nabbed Rockett for allegedly stealing a car this past weekend.

Rockett is the same guy police believed to have stole Hondas for a living, using his home as a chop shop a couple months ago.

On Sunday, police got a call from a witness who claimed she saw Rockett steal a Honda on 7th St.

He was out on bail at the time.
