Sixteen of the best marching bands from the Northwest will compete.
Each band performs a ten-minute show.
The event has quickly become one of the state's biggest competitions.
Organizers say it's a great event for the community.
"It's not marching band music, it's popular music, it's all kinds of styles of music are performed by the bands," said contest director Forrest Fisher.
Many local schools plan to compete including West Valley, Royal and Naches Valley.
The competition starts Saturday morning at eleven o'clock at Zaepfel Stadium.
