No more fines for property owners who don't clean tagging
YAKIMA, Wash. -- Property owners will no longer be fined if they don't clean-up tagging.
City leaders just approved these changes.
From now on, homeowners and business owners have five days to clean up graffiti or ask the city to do it.
If you don't remove it, the city will.
will the city inact the paint buster,,,if not maybe take public bid on doing the job for a year..and see how it goes.. the last time with the paint buster it took to long for them to get the jobs done. with the help they used,,,
