Wind Farm Coming Our Way?

Sunnyside -- Northwest Wind a company out of Goldendale, is planning on placing wind towers in Sunnyside, Outlook and Moxee.

The towers will be about 200 feet high and measure the wind flow and speed.

The research is expected to take about two years, then based off of that they'll be able to determine which area is the best spot.

Kari Hardy says, "Just supply us with a lit of natural energy and there's no pollution it's just wonderful concept I wish I had one on my own farm."

There will be a public hearing tomorrow at Yakima County starting at
9 am to talk about the plan.
