YAKIMA -- Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is going around to local schools for free dental screenings.

The clinic is partnering with Ronald McDonald’s House Charities to offer free cleanings and sealants.

The mobile dental office set up at Robertson elementary and already spent several days there.

Kids with cavities will get letters to bring to their parents letting them know what work needs to be done.

Dentists say there's a big demand for dental screenings across the Valley.

"In this particular community, we have a lot of agriculture. We have people coming in and out of school," said dentist Liberty Franklin. "Students moving around and we don't want them to get lost in the shuffles and definitely want to make sure each student has access to care."

The clinic is scheduled to make its rounds to every school in the Yakima School District.
