YAKIMA -- Tourists can now stop in at the Yakima visitors center to taste four different wines.

The Visitors and Convention Bureau tells Action News that the idea came about six months ago.

And considering the whole building design is based on a winery, with grapes growing outside; it only makes sense.

As you can imagine, visitors we spoke to loved the idea.

"It's a really good starting point on your wine-tasting adventure," said Christy Pekara. "And it's a wonderful building and a great atmosphere in here."

The tasting will run you five-bucks, and includes a wine glass that you can take with you.
