Highway 97 back open following semi crash

TOPPENISH, Wash. -- An overturned milk truck shut down part of Highway 97 for hours Monday near Toppenish.

Troopers said a car ran a stop sign at the Larue intersection and hit the truck.

Both drivers should be okay.

The driver of the car will be cited.
