Temperatures were in the low-20s on Tuesday morning, Jan. 1, 2013 for the annual Great Polar Bear Plunge at Lucky Peak Reservoir's Spring Shores Marina in Boise, Id. The event is a fundraiser for Make-A-Wish Foundation of Idaho which will use the money to grant wishes to Idaho children battling life-threatening medication conditions.
