Hillsboro City Council will decide on a 20-year agreement to be the Bears' new home.
Members will also vote on awarding the contract to build a new $15 million stadium.
Bears' management has made no secret of its desire for a new facility. That pursuit didn't stop after a proposal to move to Vancouver, Washington failed last year.
The Hillsboro stadium deal needs additional approval from Major League Baseball, Minor League Baseball and the Northwest League by June 29th.
Hillsboro plans to have the stadium ready in time for the Bears to play there for the 2013 season.
If the deal falls apart, The Bears would have to pay $150,000 to Hillsboro.
