YAKIMA, Wash. -- It could be up to you to decide if you want a 20-dollar car tab fee here in Yakima.

Yakima City Council will vote tomorrow night whether to put it on the November ballot.

Council members expects there will be enough support to give voters the final say.

The money would pay for road improvements.

People we spoke with don't like the idea.

"We pay so much money anyways when we get our tabs done and it's getting more and more expensive we could probably find other places to get money for the roads," said Yakima Taxpayer Dawn Hanson.

City Council already voted against raising taxes as the other option to pay for the streets. No other ideas are on the table if it fails.
