YAKIMA --- One baby got a quick start this New Year. Let Action News introduce you to the first baby born in Yakima in 2010.

Giovanny Gonzalez- Romero was born just after 1 a.m. He weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces and is 20 inches long. But Giovanny wasn't due until the 4th. "What's your reaction to knowing you have the first baby of the New Year?" Action News asked his mother. "Happy, very happy," Yesenia Romero Replied. Giovanny is the couple's third child.
