There's a train parked outside Wapato. It's been there for about six months now. And a lot of folks are wondering why it's just sitting idle. It quickly became the target of graffiti. And now they say it's making their community look ugly.

"I think that Wapato is a community that has a lot to offer and I think it's really sad that people driving by, the first thing that they're welcomed with is a big ugly train with lots of gang writing all over it," Carrie Othorio said.

We called the rail road company. They say they're parking trains like this across the U.S. because they don't have enough business to use them in this economy. And as of right now, they can't say when business will pick up enough for them to need the train and get it moving again.
