Eyman Proposes Another Initiative

WASHINGTON -- It is the same thing that made him famous. Now Yakima native Tim Eyman is pushing cheap car tabs again. About a decade ago, voters said yes to a flat $30 fee to register your car. But city budgets lost thousands of dollars because of it. Eyman wants to bring that back again, but even lower. Now, he is proposing a $25 fee. He has until July to get enough signatures to finalize the initiative.
