Yakima -- Vickie Ybarra concedes defeat in the race for the 14th District seat.

Late this afternoon we got an email from Ybarra's camp saying she had called Norm Johnson to congratulate him on his win.

Ybarra called Johnson a "community servant" and says she'll go back to her day job as school board president.
