'Reed Isn't Doing His Job'

Yakima -- The big man in charge of Washington's elections is now being sued.

The Evergreen Freedom Foundation it claims Secretary of State Sam Reed isn't doing his job to stop ineligible voters from registering.

The E.F.F claims over the last eight years more than 16,000 registrations have been accepted from teens under 18 received ballots and voted.

Jonathan Bechtle, Legal Counsel E.F.F. says, "Last time around 133 votes separated the governor's candidates and there were thousands 1,600-2,000 illegal votes that were found people really to this day know who actually won that election."
