Franklin Park pavilion opening pushed back a bit
YAKIMA, Wash. -- Construction of the new pavilion at Franklin Park here in Yakima hit a few small roadblocks.

The $200,000 upgrade will not finish by Mother's Day as scheduled. The Parks and Recreation Department now expects to have it ready by mid-June.

Managers blame small construction problems for the delay.
