Union Gap nursing home operator sued for not paying employees

Union Gap nursing home operator sued for not paying employees
UNION GAP, Wash. -- A nursing home's former operator is being sued for claims it owes employees vacation time.

An earlier lawsuit was filed by the state against the property owners of the Parkside Nursing Care Center. Employees there claimed they weren't getting paid.

This time, employees filed a lawsuit against Eagle Healthcare, the facility's old operator. They claim they deserve to be paid more than $57,000 in accrued vacation time.
