19 jobs being cut at Memorial Hospital

YAKIMA, Wash.-- Memorial Hospital is cutting almost 20 jobs. The outpatient occupational and physical therapy facility is closing.

A hospital spokesperson says they're making changes because of the enactment of the Affordable Care act. The closure of "The Springs" is expected to happen by the end of the month. Services from the facility will continue at their main building. The employees could have a chance at being hired for a different position.
