Yakima-based state trooper under criminal investigation, on paid leave

YAKIMA, Wash. -- Action News learned an internal investigation has a Washington State Patrol trooper based out of Yakima on paid administrative leave.

A spokesperson from Olympia says Trooper Travis Lamb is under criminal investigation for inappropriate behavior involving a woman he arrested.

State Patrol says there's an appearance of impropriety, but there's no indication the woman's criminal case was affected by their relationship.
