Grandview Teachers To Walk Picket Line

GRANDVIEW -- Teachers here aren't striking over failed contract negotiations, but Monday morning they planned to walk picket lines to show they're unhappy with progress on a new agreement.

Both sides met with a mediator last Sunday and couldn't conclude a new contract, but he district insists they're making progress. The most recent teaching contract expired at the end of August.
