YAKIMA, Wash. -- KIMA continues to follow Michele Taylor's fight against her suspension by the East Valley School district.
The state says Taylor filed for judicial review Monday, which means a Yakima Superior Court judge will now review the P.E. teacher's suspension.
This comes after an administrative law judge upheld her one year suspension over allegations of inappropriate contact with a student back in 2009.
Court dates have not yet been set. The review will include two hearings.

she is trying to clear her name, but i wish she would go away.
t isn't in her financial best interests to "just go away".. you can thank the teachers union for that
