Second hearing set for Terrace Heights shooting range

Yakima County's Hearing Examiner wants more information before making a decision and will hold a second public hearing next month.
The project pushed by the sheriff's office generated dozens of complaints from neighbors.
They worry about the noise and a drop in their property values.
The project originally didn't require any hearings because of the type of zoning. That changed following neighbor reaction.
