YAKIMA COUNTY, Wash.-- There won't be another day in court involving the most recent eavesdropping case at the Yakima County Jail.

Prosecutors decided not to appeal a judge's decision to drop the drug charges against Daniel Woolem. A deputy listened in on a call he had with his defense attorney. The judge ruled it was not intentional, but enough of a constitutional rights violation to let Woolem go.
