Documents: 'Driver did not seem remorseful'

YAKIMA, Wash. -- Police said the driver admitted using methamphetamine and marijuana in the last two days.
Benjamin McKenzie appeared in court Tuesday afternoon where his bail was set at half a million dollars.
The judge added a no contact order for the two boys.
Police indicated in court documents that McKenzie did not seem remorseful and claimed he didn't see the boys.
Both boys remain in the hospital. Police told us this morning the youngest is still in intensive care.

My thoughts and prayers are with those two boys! As far as the man that hit them is concerned you will get what is coming to you! I certainly hope that the judge and or jurors will make sure you pay for your crime
