Case dropped after accusing prosecutors of eavesdropping on jail calls

YAKIMA COUNTY, Wash.-- There will be no trial for the man who said prosecutors listened in on his jailhouse phone calls. A judge heard arguments on eavesdropping. The jail can monitor calls, but not those to defense attorneys.

Woolem's case was dropped. He was facing drug charges. Prosecutors will look into appealing the judge's decision.
