Another N. 1st Street motel gets inspected
YAKIMA, Wash. -- KIMA continues to follow the inspections and cleanup on North First Street. A fourth motel was targeted today.

Yakima code enforcers and police went through the All-Star Motel. They found minor wiring and code violations.

Police were called to the motel about a hundred times last year. However, managers insist they are making improvements.

"I mean sometimes you have to have police come," said manager Anita Thompson. "It's just like a regular residence. I mean there is domestic violence, there is someone trying to break into a car or something like that. It happens everywhere."

Yakima will hold training sessions for motel managers. Authorities say education is a key part of the cleanup.
