Annie Andrews comes to Action News from the Tri-Cities of Nebraska, by way of the Twin Cities of Minnesota. Although it’s the first time Annie has called Kennewick home, it’s not her first time on the West Coast. As a former internationally-ranked ski racer, Annie spent summers at Mt Hood practicing and exploring the region.

Annie has a unique journalism background that extends coast to coast. After earning her Masters from American University in Broadcast Journalism, Annie worked at FOX News Channel in New York City. Although she loved working alongside Megyn Kelly, her desire to report stories on the front line brought her back to her Midwest roots. She worked in Kearney, Nebraska for three years before coming to KIMA/KEPR.

As Terry Chick’s co-anchor, Annie is married with three dogs. She says if you can’t find her at KEPR, check the Tri-City Dog Park in Richland. She and her husband love the outdoors, hiking Badger Mountain and enjoying the three rivers. They are excited to be a part of the Tri-Cities, and Annie looks forward to delivering you the stories that affect our community.
