Jay Frank is a native Oregonian who traveled to The City College of New York to play basketball and earn his degree in Broadcast Journalism. After graduation, he started as a morning live reporter and then morning anchor here in the Tri-Cities, before moving to Bend, Oregon, where he served as the inaugural main anchor for KOHD-TV.

Jay is a Presidential Scholar in the Arts and a decorated playwright, with his current show, "Ten Cent Treasure," occasionally playing locally. He lives in Kennewick, works in Pasco, and attends church in Richland, which he says makes for his own personal ”triple crown, Tri-Cities style.”
